What’s in this box I’ve found?
I wasn’t expecting a delivery until later tomorrow. I’ve returned from church to find the dear Amazon delivery chap has set it up against my door, right where I need to drive the walker. Cardboard has a surprising amount of friction against carpet.

What’s this box?

What’s in this Box I’ve found?

Whew. I’ve wrestled it and the Duesenberg indoors, cleared a patch on my desk, and hefted it up. 21.5 pounds, as much as my Schnauzer used to weigh, and much more awkward to grasp.

Concealing paper

Whatever it contains is securely shrouded in packing paper.

Look, Look, it’s Books!

Books in the Box…Oh Boy!

Aha! So these are what’s arrived!

All neatly stacked.

Just guess who’s smiling wider than the Amazon smirk…this gleeful contributor.

One of thirty books.

I much prefer “Book-ies” to Selfies.

I’m so happy for you! You can now touch the books! After all the writing, editing, and waiting and waiting, you can touch them! I hope you have more fun distributing them than you have had writing your stories, even though the writing was fun, too! Every author loves to see the finished product. Enjoy the moment! I’m proud to know you! 💜
